Essential Stay Info

Which shots does my dog need to attend

For the health of the pack, we require current records for Bordetella, DHPP, and Rabies.

Is an evaluation required before booking

Every new member starts with a Meet & Greet session. This allows our staff to observe your pup's personality and find which accomodations best suits them.

Spay & Neuter

All pups over 12 months must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play.

When can I drop off or pick up my pet

Doors are open to the public from 7am to 7pm daily. Please remember we take a break from noon until 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

What items are necessary for a Boarding visit

Simply bring your dog, their food and any medications. We supply toys and bedding. Any specific meals, medications or treats should be provided in containers with labels.

When are the Playtime Cameras available?

Playtime Cameras are active during regular group play but turned off for meals and nap times so dogs can relax and stay safe while they recharge between sessions.
