Boarding reservations begin at 7am. Late checkout fee of $28 (½ daycare) will be automatically applied to pickups past noon.
$10 nightly private care fee for dogs that cannot participate in group play. $10 nightly peak demand fee applies on high-demand dates.

Do you require a deposit for boarding?
Yes, we require a small deposit to hold your pup's suite for boarding, only during holidays or peak weekends. This deposit is applied directly toward your final balance at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before a holiday stay, deposit is 100% refundable. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a holiday stay, the deposit is non‑refundable.
Do you offer multi-dog discounts?
Absolutely! We love seeing the whole pack. We offer discounted rates for additional dogs from the same household sharing a boarding suite or attending daycare together.
When do I need to pay for services?
Payment is typically collected at the time of pickup for boarding stays and daycare or deducted from daycare packages. We accept all major credit cards or Venmo payments.
Are there any hidden fees or add-on costs?
Our base rates include all standard group play and care. Optional add-ons like baths, hikes, late checkouts or peak fees are clearly listed beforehand so you're never surprised.
